The Basic Team Building Premise
Our chefs will masterfully and delightfully guide the competitors through rounds of competition in which they must prove their culinary skills, intellectual prowess and their ability to pull together as a cohesive teambuilding unit. The competition can get tough, but the atmosphere always remains fun and humorous.

If you can’t come to us, we’ll come to you! Convention centers, hotel meeting rooms or other private venues may provide a more convenient meeting space for you. Whether you’re interested in a chef demonstration, or a more interactive experience, we can accomodate your needs.

Special Events
We are located in a renovated molasses warehouse built in the early 1800’s where the courtyard and the adjacent building have now been converted to an intimate French Quarter hideaway. Our unique space is ideal for accommodating rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons and other special events.

Our venue and lush courtyard, complete with a flowing fountain, create an intimate French Quarter hideaway. It’s the perfect location for your rehearsal dinner or private function, where your guests can experience the Vieux Carre’ of long ago with the authentic cuisine and outstanding service for which the New Orleans School of Cooking is known for.

Parking is not provided by The New Orleans School of Cooking, however, convenient parking lots are located adjacent to the Jackson Brewery
