Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your class time. Enter our retail store located at 524 St. Louis Street and check in for class with our retail associates.

Unfortunately, we do not have any on-site parking. The closest paid lot is Premium Parking Lot P401. It is located on the corner of Decatur Street & St. Louis Street (near the H&M). There is also metered street parking surrounding our building.

Yes, it sure does! We also include lemonade, iced tea, Abita Amber Beer, and copies of the recipes for you to try at home.

Please inform us 48 hours prior to the time of your class. We have substitution items available for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets. In replacement of your soup, you will be served a Gumbo Z’Herbes. In replacement of your entree, you will be served a Creole Z’Herbes. If you are concerned whether we can accommodate your allergy, please call 504-620-9456.

No, it is not. The city pass is valid for the 2pm – 4pm demonstration classes. You may upgrade to the 10am – 12:30pm demonstration classes with a $15 upgrade fee. Please call 504-620-9456 to do so.
