Parade Day Finale: BBQ Shrimp or Roast Beef Po’boys & King Cake Decorating
Our Mardi Gras finale features classic Louisiana po’boys, filled with New Orleans–style BBQ shrimp or roast beef.
The highlight of the day is King Cake Decorating, where kids decorate and learn about the most iconic Mardi Gras dessert.
