Old Man River Mud Cake
Ingredients
2 boxes brownie mix-includes all ingredients in the box
2 cups pecan pieces
1 10 oz. bag mini marshmallows
1 16 oz can prepared chocolate cake frosting
Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Prepare brownie mix as directed on box, add pecans. Stir to completely incorporate.
2. Pour into a 9" 13 x2" buttered baking pan. Bake according to directions.
3. Remove from oven and top with mini marshmallows. Return to oven until marshmallows melt.
4. Remove from oven and top with melted frosting.
5. Cool before cutting.
