• Crawfish Pie
• Veal des Allemands
• Bayou Ratatouille
• Mini Pecan Pie with homemade whip cream

TUESDAY 6-9:00PM
• Shrimp Remoulade
• Pork dè Galvez; Pan seared pork with cornbread Seafood Stuffing and Blueberry Compotè
• Sweet Potatoes with Steen’s syrup and pecans
• Seasonal Fresh Fruit Crepe

FRIDAY 6-9:00 PM
• Gumbo
• Fish with Sauce Meunière
• Corn Macque Choux
• Pralines
